Well, I asked this in diet and fitness and I got alot of spam. And then I thought, maybe it would be better in the woman’s health section anyways since they probably know about all the difficult aspects I have to go through! So, here’s the story. I am 300 pounds. I want to lose at least 100 to be relatively more healthy and better off, more comfortable in my skin, etc. What is the best way to do this? The hard thing is I am going to be going to college in a month so it has to be something I could keep up with there also. I’m 6ft female 17. I’m not looking for a “quick fix,” I want to be healthy and keep it off.

You should try becoming a vegetarian. Chicken and turkey are fine to eat.
Vegetarians are healthier than meat eaters.
Watch your portions (how much food you eat in one sitting).
My mom always told me a piece of chicken should be the size of your palm and veggies the size of your 4 fingers.
Then, take small steps like a little walk in the afternoon. Results will probably take awhile.
Just be patient. :)
