I think your very good, maybe you want stickers or lollipops for children 3 years if he or she is injured, it simply feel better.

not sure you see because if it is an “emergency” all that can be done to help. He is a certified CPR and obviously knows much more about first aid that many people older than he would. I think he could legally help especially since it is certified for CPR.

we saw a few years ago – pictograms first aid training. Check the Red Cross. use techniques of persuasion to get them on board on how they can help themselves and help others. we need their help. shortage of volunteers. show how some have been lost without immediate help. cite stories
