Question by Lance G : How can I get my depression treated while being allowed to stay in the Navy
Hello, I was in the navy for six months now. I think my depression is pretty bad now. I’m not suicidal or anything, I just want to get treated. Does anyone know how I can do to get treatment without separating from the Navy? I have not seen a doctor about this because I fear they will answer me décharger.Meilleure :

Depression is widespread in the army and they do not discharge it. Ask for help with your mental health clinic installation. You can do this by asking your health care provider for a primary appointment at the clinic, or if it does not matter, they may try to medicate your clinic. They will probably be a combination of both (drugs and therapy face to face). Unless your work has high-security problems, they will keep all information private. If you work in a high security zone (nuclear weapons, etc. ..), then your commander will be informed that you will be temporarily prevented these functions (not your specific diagnosis). There are not many career fields that fall into this category (aircrew, missile crew, etc. ..). They even have a private medical record which remains there to this office, essentially disconnected with your regular health record. Do not worry. You will be treated and supported, and your career will not suffer him. I speak from personal experience after having experienced depression after his return from Iraq. I was treated well and I am now.
