there is no risk unless you drink it straight and burn your esophagus (and it would taste pretty nasty too). That the theory was based in one case (never in the history of the time). that osteoporosis was present in the long term involves malabsorption, estrogen deficiency, poor diet or habits sédentaires.osteopososis takes decades to develop, and almost exclusively occurs in postmenopausal women or older men. this is because estrogen helps to ensure your bones stay strong. menopausal women do not produce as much estrogen and therefore its protective effects are not présents.En addition, apple cider vinegar is acidic in the intestine (such as our own stomach acid) and is buffered by bicarbonate, which protects us from the acid. the worst that comes to drink apple cider vingear is that we neutralize it with bicarbonate in the duodenum! if you are worried about osteoporosis, eating well (minerals), exercise (weight-bearing activity) and get enough sunshine (vitamin D). The apple cider vinegar is nothing to worry about.
